Professional

Sam’s work focuses on litigation, collections, and conciliation court matters, where she ensures cases are organized, structured, and consistently moving forward. She is especially effective in managing the execution side of litigation, handling the details, deadlines, and coordination required to keep matters progressing without unnecessary delays. Her work often involves tracking case progression, coordinating filings, and maintaining the structure needed to move complex matters toward resolution.

She works primarily with business clients, particularly in the construction industry, where organization and follow-through are essential. Sam brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to her work, helping ensure that legal strategy is carried through in practice. Originally brought on as Courtney’s “wrangler,” she quickly grew into a central operational role supporting litigation and collections. Prior to entering the legal field, she spent six years in the service industry, where she learned to manage high-pressure environments, juggle competing demands, and keep things running smoothly, just in a slightly different kind of chaos.

Sam graduated a year early from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she served as President of the Pre-Law Society from 2022–2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration (2023), and her Paralegal Certificate from Hamline University (2026). Her next goal is to join Minnesota’s Roster of Approved Legal Paraprofessionals and continue expanding her role in litigation and collections.
